The West Florida Lacrosse League (WFLL) 2005 season will officially run from January 18th to May 1st.  If you have any questions or are interested in finding a team to play on, click on a link for the team nearest you or email webmaster@tampabaylacrosse.com

The WFLL was officially formed in 2004 to support youth lacrosse in the Tampa Bay area.  Local youth lacrosse was born as early as 2001 when area youth programs began forming in Brandon, Clearwater, South Tampa, and Wesley Chapel.  From 2001 to 2005 the number of youth lacrosse players in the Tampa Bay area has grown from 100 to 1000.  The league has grown from five programs in 2003 to twelve in 2005.
In the 2005 season the WFLL will also include High School club teams from as far south as Naples and as far east as Weston and Coral Springs.
